Gift Aid

Gulbenkian, University of Kent can reclaim 25p for every £1 of donation that you have made. To make your donation go further, please consider marking it as a ‘gift aid’ donation.

To do this you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a UK taxpayer, and wish the Gulbenkian, University of Kent to claim Gift Aid on this donation, on all donations made in the last four years and any future donations I make.
  • Understand that paying less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all  donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
  • Please notify us if you want to cancel or amend this declaration at any point. Amendments include: change your name or home address, no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
Our Ticket Office is open for in person bookings Mon - Fri 5pm-8pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-8pm. Credit/debit card transactions only.

ART31

ART31 takes its name from Article 31 of the UN Convention on the Rights of a Child, which states that ‘Children have the right to relax and play, and to join in a wide range of cultural, artistic and other recreational activities’.

ART31 is a vision created with, by, and for young people in Kent, championing the belief that all children and young people have an entitlement to access high quality arts and culture, to empower them to achieve their creative potential, and to genuinely engage young people as equal partners in any decision making that affects them.

The ART31 Youth Board is made up of young people from across Kent aged 13-25 who steer its governance, and influence policy and practice across the county and beyond, challenging the creative sector to examine existing ways of working and integrate young people into the core of their practice.
