World premiere of an immersive family drama that actively investigates white privilege, judgement, identity & bias by inviting the audience, through interactive participation, to explore what difference means to them.
An immersive family drama, about an older relative’s act of aggression towards a biracial child, that actively investigates white privilege, judgement, identity and bias. Through interactive engagement, this experience invites people to explore why is it not okay to be different. The audience get to be dynamic participants in shaping the lens through which they see the world. To this end, they are presented with a scenario, a point of view, at the beginning of the experience, then guided through gamified scenes, reflecting on the repercussions of that event, before ending with the same, initial scenario again. Has their viewpoint changed?
Please note – this is a free event but due to limited capacity, tickets will need to be booked.
