What if the audience got to decide what happens next?

Over three days, you’ll join a team to work together to create an interactive adventure film, inspired by choose-your-own-adventure stories and interactive films.

Working in small teams, you’ll develop characters and a story, get hands-on with cameras, act, direct and film different scenes, as well as some games design

But instead of making one normal film, you’ll create different choices, routes and endings, allowing the audience to decide how the story unfolds.

Across the three days you’ll explore storytelling, filmmaking, acting, directing, branching storylines and interactive media before bringing everything together into a finished interactive film.

No previous filmmaking experience is needed – just bring your ideas and be ready to experiment.

SCREEN31 Medway’s sessions take place at The Chatham Historic Dockyard, and are open to 15-21 year olds.
