Fantastic talks,  family events and film screenings this half-term!

Puppetry, live music and beautiful storytelling combine in BEAR & BUTTERFLY , a charming tale about love and changing friendship for ages 4+ on Sun 11 Feb, 11:30am & 2:00pm.

We invite you to ‘Be our Guest’ at a special sing a long screening of Disney’s gorgeous, sweeping live-action reboot of the iconic fairy tale Beauty and the Beast Sing A Long on Sun 18 Feb, 1:30pm.

This Valentine’s Day join us for a live screening of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy RSC Live: Twelfth Night on Wednesday 14 February. A tale of unrequited love – hilarious and heartbreaking.

Plus don’t miss the documentary screening of Jane on Saturday 17 February at 5:30pm
Award-winning director Brett Morgen tells the story of ‘Jane Goddall’, a woman whose chimpanzee research challenged the male-dominated scientific consensus of her time and revolutionized our understanding of the natural world.

Upcoming FilmTalks:

Dunkirk on Saturday 10 February will be introduced & be followed by a post screening talk by Dr Edward Smalley, School of History, University of Kent

Get Out on Tuesday 13 February will be introduced & followed by Q&A with School of English, University of Kent.  This screening is also a 2ForTuesday screening where students and under 25’s get two tickets for the price of one on selected Tuesday screenings.

Darkest Hour on Thursday 15 February will be followed by a discussion with Dr Tim Bowman and Dr Edward Smalley from School of History, University of Kent
