Since co-founding the groundbreaking theatre company Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio in 1981, Claudia Castellucci has revolutionized contemporary performance art through her innovative exploration of rhythm and movement.

This is the first time her work has ever been presented in the United Kingdom.

In Sahara, she takes inspiration from the desert. Its extreme monotony in time and space offers us the backdrop against which to imagine and inhabit another world.
