bOing! International Family Festival hosts a unique programme of the best creative experiences for children to share with their families. Created by Gulbenkian, bOing! takes place on the beautiful University of Kent campus in Canterbury and showcases work by leading UK and international companies, artists and performers. It is free to enter and is bursting with a mixture of free and ticketed performances. Our ambition is to widen audiences and grow the festival with work going out to other areas of Kent as well as in and around Gulbenkian.

Here’s a great opportunity to work with Architects of Air, as part of their set up crew!

A luminarium is a space that visitors are invited to enter for a sensory experience of light and colour. It is a space for relaxation and contemplation.

The creative vision underlying the Architects of Air luminaria comes from a desire to create monumental works whose purpose is to generate a sense of wonder through the particular phenomenon of luminous colour. The inspirations are pure forms of geometry & nature & spiritual architecture from around the world.

We are looking for people to assist in the setting up and closing down of the luminaria structure:

Heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, Strong, fit and healthy, Punctual, committed and multi-skilled, Good common sense, practical, a sense and willing to work hard is essential

Rates of Pay: National Minimum Wage.

Dates: Friday 23rd (8am – 4pm), Monday 26th August 2019 (8am – 2pm)
